Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use only safe & renowned courier services, as its very important that your product reaches you on time and proper product care being taken off by the courier facility/hence no physical damage during transportation. 

We ship to over 10,000 pin codes across India with our delivery partners.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we are NOT shipping International.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The standard time of delivery is 3-5 working days through our delivery partners. There are several factors which influence the delivery of the item to your doorstep. Although we work hard to provide you with a prompt delivery of your order, there may be some delays in the process due to things out of our control.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can place your order using either Online Payment (UPI/ Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card) or using Cash On Delivery (COD).

How do I place an Order?

Create a new account on Techfish.in, select the product of your choosing, pay using your convenient payment method. Sit back and Relax for your order to be delivered to you.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Cancellation is possible only before the product has been packed. Cancellation is possible through the Website from your account in orders tab. As soon as the cancellation is done, we will refund the entire amount paid for the order. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, account creation is required to enable us to get your details for shipping address. 

How Do I Track My Order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. All you need to do is click on the details in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real time through our courier partner.
